Soothe Your Inner One


Soothe Your Inner One is a four-week live online course, where you’re invited to tend to your inner foundations.

By doing so, you create an increased sense of internal safety (thereby increasing your ability to be sovereign in action) and enable yourself to live from soul alignment and wellness, rather than survival and apathy.  

The Truth is, when you feel safe within, you’re more likely to take the courageous steps your soul calls you to make to live a truly alive life.

I have certainly found this to be the case for myself, and this was ultimately the catalyst for creating this course to share with you. 

Over four weeks I’ll focus on sharing empowering tools that are simple to implement and integrate into your everyday life, whilst being gentle, powerful, and transformational in how you perceive yourself and the world you live in and create.

These techniques help neutralise fear based, conditioned, and reactive responses, bringing you into an aligned, centred, and embodied sensory state – where choice becomes available to you. 

As healing and transformation happens, old storylines, filters, and limitations fall away and courage, strength, and personal power have room to grow. 

The work contained in this course has the potential to activate a paradigm shift from survival living to creation living, unveiling the unlimited self who can fly. 

 

When a woman feels safe within herself and her body, she is able to naturally access and unlock her own exquisite beauty, and recognise it reflected in the world she is a part of and co-creates.

Inner safety and in turn, authentic personal power and genuine sovereignty, is essentially the cornerstone and crux of this course.

 

This is what we’ll cover

Week One

Healing and calling back power from distortions of your physical body, birth home & childhood.

What happens within your body when your survival fight/flight/freeze system is switched on – and how to relax it so you’re able to consciously create life.

Belonging in the context of self.

Elemental medicine: Earth.

Chakra: Base.

 

Week Two

Relationship with emotions and emotional states related to survival: anger, fear, rage, petrification, freeze, invisibility and hiding. 

The landscape of the unconscious, and shadow motivations of the four core survival archetypes: victim, prostitute, saboteur and inner child. 

Emotional wellbeing and mastery.

Elemental medicine: Water.  

Chakra: Sacral.

 

Week Three

Family, Ancestral and Personal stories and belief systems

Belonging in the context of community

Personal belief systems

Mental wellbeing and mastery.

Elemental medicine: Air

Chakra: Solar Plexus.

Perspective

World view

Clear knowing and wisdom

The empowered path of balanced masculine and feminine self (energies) for conscious creation.

Elemental medicine: Fire.

My personal experience

I began working with these techniques in 2014 when all of my ‘safety nets’ rapidly dissolved, and the foundations of how I operated in my life began to be re-written.

I was required to develop new qualities of self-responsibility, capability & stability within myself, and found that my fight/flight system was constantly triggered in the process. 

Each time I was on the precipice of shifting beyond my comfort zone, feelings of overwhelm and fear would grip, and I’d shift into deep resistance and freeze. 

This exhausting cycle quickly depleted my energy stores and burnt out my vital life force, resulting in a ‘one step forward two steps back’ experience of life.

Practicing the techniques I’ll share with you literally softened the grip I felt within my body, so I could breathe easier, soothe my inner one, feel safe, and open up to co-create with life in greater and more easeful ways.

This allowed me to meet myself in the difficult emotions I felt arise, and in many instances re-write childhood and fear-based programming, to facilitate transformation and effect empowered action and change.  

I continue to work with these techniques as they consistently support my evolution and inner child healing, in an easeful, supportive, loving, and grounded way. 

 

During this course, you’ll also 

// Gain an understanding of specific Meridians (energy pathways) within your body

// Learn specific acupressure points that tune into your Amygdala (the fight/flight centre of your brain) to bring about balance and ease, to communicate ‘safety’ to your Nervous System and internal network.  

// How to effectively shift the energy of emotions arising in a loving and gentle way, rather than avoid, suppress, create story, or become stuck and overwhelmed by the energy of them

// Develop greater self-knowledge & understanding of core wounding and patterns.

The practices I’ll share with you are gentle, effective and will be woven in throughout the course.

 

This workshop is particularly helpful if

You’ve experienced trauma and are healing any areas related to your Base and Sacral Chakras such as;

These areas related to survival are likely to trigger a Fight/Flight response within your body, resulting in:
